There is no a specific policy about posting in profile. It's enough with the TOS and the Community Standards ( http://secondlife.com/corporate/cs.php maybe harrasment, disclosure, ...?.

Irene is right, there are clauses within the link to the Community Standards that she gives you about intolerance and harrassment. 

But do remember, if you are urged to send in an abuse report against someone who has written defamatory things about you on their profile, it is rather like schoolyard tip taps, and you might be better to remember that little poem:

"Sticks and Stones may break my bones

But calling cannot hurt me"

I find that people who tend to feel the need to write negative comments on their profile about another are best muted and ignored; they just make themselves look bad.
