Problems sending and received messages and emails

I am not receiving messages to my page or any emails to my private SL email address.

Also I have sent messages whilst offline from my profile account.  One wasnt received and the other was blank when opened.

Any ideas please?

Reload a fresh copy of the viewer Sukiss. I will earase you current one and set back your parameters to default. Once this is done, make sure you tick all the relevant boxes in your preferences (notifocations)

Ive reloaded the viewer and ticked all the boxes as suggested. Im still not receiving messages or off line IMs to my email address or messages to my Sukiss inbox.

 

Ive been a member since May and Ive not had anything since I joined.

 

Please help.

This is odd indeed. Does this happen using another viewer too? Also, have you tried using another web browser?

i tried Phoenix viewer a week or so back.... still no difference. Also i have tried diff web browsers. Since I joined i have had nothing to my private email address or my Sukiss inbox here.

I am sorry to say I am completely puzzled on this one Sukiss. If you are Premium the best is to start a Live Chat at their opening hours. If you are a basic member, you don't have access to an extented support which could probably fix your issue. I am posting below the different levels of support depending on your membership plan. If you can afford it, your problem is maybe worth upgrading to Premium for a month or so in order to have access to full assistance.
