I am late to this thread, and several hours have passed since you asked your question.

If you still cannot enter your accont, please click on "options" and "edit" to type in more information to your original post - any error message that appears on your screen when you try to enter your account.

Are you trying to enter Second Life via a viewer, or do you mean you cannot read the web page account details?  If it is the latter, try a different browser, ie if you normally use internet explorer, try mozilla Firefox.
