The Oztotl Regions are Private Island Estate land with an Adult rating.

1/4 Sims: L$5000/week, 3750 prims.

4096 Parcels: L$1300/week, 937 prims.

Purchase price of L$1 then your first rent payment gives you full land rights: set options for your visitors, access rights, terraform, set media & music streams.

No premium account needed; pay weekly or monthly.

In addition to your land, you will have access to considerable shared ground space which is freely open to adults. It is nicely decorated with a "natural" theme to include a beach with "surfable" waves and wooded areas. We also provide an adult-themed castle, a dance club, and games to include Greedy, Slego, Zyngo, 7Seas Fishing, Bowling, Truth or Dare, Backgammon and others as we listen to peoples' interests. All games are free unless they can't be configured as "free" (such as Zyngo).

If you don't desire full land rights, we also rent skybox prims for L$1.25 per prim per week. We will configure rent boxes for 100 to 1000 prims as desired.
