FREE SIM - JUST PAY THE $100 TRANSFER FEE !!

I have one full sim left for sale.  Due to RL circumstances, I am no longer able to spend much time in-world, so I am willing to GIVE it away - you only have to pay the $100 transfer fee - to anyone who is willing to allow the current two tenants remain on 1/2 of the sim (they are each renting a 1/4 plot at L$5,000/wk which covers just over 1/2 of the monthly sim tier cost).  The remaining half sim is chopped up into 5 parcels, which are currently available for rent; however, the parcels can be reconnected if desired. 

For those of you who want the flexibility and land controls that come with owning a Sim, and are interested in having a couple of great tenants help you pay the monthly tier fee, this Sim may be perfect for you. The tier is due on the 28th to Linden Lab.
