Sim is under construction but will boast 3 clubs(biker, beach and BDSM) surfing, skydiving.. a beach, zen garden.. concerts and live music etc... Sim is adult so must be age verified and would prefer people in the D/s, BDSM community but may make exceptions. Contact XRockstarX Resident for notecard with rental LM's or more info.
