Mesh / Sculptor Needed

Hello, I am owner and founder of VMI, a weapon and gear company that has been remodeling all it's items recently. I'm currently looking for new staff to help me create new items for the company. We are a fairly close group of people at VMI and are very friendly and open to ideas. That being said some things have to be said.

-Any content creator applying must have original creations. NO COPY BOT items, or ripped off items.

-Creations will have to meet a certain standard of quality

There are two ways you could work with or for me. You could join the company and earn commissions per product that is created, or you could be a freelancer and simply get paid for a product and that's the end of it. I would very much prefer to have a perm staff member that I can work with and be an effective team.
