Looking for a mesh maker for a clothing project

This is my first post and I hope I am doing this right.

 

I am looking for a mesh maker to make me a specific clothing item for second life.

 

*** Im looking for digi leg leg warmers, with buckles at the top, thigh high and rigged***

 

I do have a picture of what i want if you need it.
