Can't load my av

Every time I log into second life I start up as a cloud, I have tried both character tests and re brake, and neither of them work properly. When I re-brake my av goes of grainy and looks weird and character test has no effect. Plus I cannot edit my appearance at all. Although my friends can see my av I can't, can anyone help, much appreciated :). Thanks.

follow this steps normally will fix it:

1. open inventory and go library

2. chose any of initial outfits there, righ click and select change outfit

3.- once initial outfit is loaded replace with your own
