I have a homestead sim for a lucky person to outright purchase/transfer (must own at least one standard Private sim to own a homestead sim).

Sales/Transfer of $250 USD (or 80,000 L$) Firm.**

**For purchase/transfer info: Tier is paid until 6/15/2012 and is due date the 15th of each month. Sim name must be changed at transfer.

No takers by 13 June 2012 we will be sending this sim back to Lindens.
