WANTED...Experienced Manager for established Music Venue.  This  person needs to have good organizational skills as well as being able to interact with the public.  Preferably familiar with the music industry.  This is an opportunity for you to "own" your own established music venue without having the  expense of having to purchase monthly land fee tier, ect.  Respondsible for hiring and training staff to provide coverage for scheduled entertainment.

In return for compensation, you will be provided your very own place to live.  Approximately 16,000 sq mm with 937 prims.  This is a value of $1850 /wk. Along with other  perks.
