problems logging in! PLEASE HELP

I have had to make a second avi because my first one will not work.

This began happening yesterday.

Every time I try to log in with my first avi, it says "darn! You have been logged out of Second Life, and something about the regions (iv tryed abut 6 or 7 diffrent regions and I end up with the same result) and to see if im logged on to the internet (which i am)

I just tryed again and it just crashed completely without saying anything.

 

I tried Phonex viewer but....its so slow, i can barely move.

 

I use Second life viewer.....3 i think.

 

I am really getting annoyed with this.
