Mesh Upload Issue - Number of Triangles and Vertices stays the same

Hi all, any help with this would be appreciated! I've never had this issue before but it popped up on me last night. I went to upload my model and all LOD levels had the same amount of triangles and vertices. No matter what I change in the settings those numbers will not change. 

Someone mentioned to me that they have this issue when "double siding" their clothing (which I had done by duplicating faces/reverse normals). I have done this many times in the past and never had this issue before. 

I tested using a version of the model that was not double sided and it worked fine. I tried only duplicating a few faces at the bottom and unfortunately there was the problem again. 

Has anyone had this problem? I am going nuts over here trying to figure this out lol. By the way I use Maya for modeling.
