If I purchase mainland property can it be deeded to group eventhough my partner doen't have a premium account?

Hi Aries!

 

I believe it can yes.  When I first started in Second Life, my partner at the time purchased a mainland parcel and he was able to deed it to our family group that I belonged too.  I was then able to set my home position even though I did not have a premium account.
