Add to cart as gift isn't working, the Find Resident search just times out. Any help?

I've been trying to add items to my cart in the Marketplace as gifts for friends and the Find Resident seach always times out. I've tried this on multiple items and still the same result. Can anyone help with this please? Thanks!
