I wish she spoke in terms of more concrete goals. Like the fate of the mainland, what they are doing with noobs now that they have killed all volunteer greeter and mentor programs and have now discontinued the Community Partner/Gateway program. Because I think part of the VP of marketing job would be to increase enrollment and retention. I have not seen any other Linden staff person tasked with retention. I hope she is not just going to plant foreign language articles all over the net that cause a temporary glut of sign ups of folks standing around in lagged out Linden parking lots. That has been the marketing plan around here for 8 years and counting. I hope we can get something that really works. ____________________________ And Blondin Linden spoke about developing an Adult showcase to help people in Zindra be seen around the search firewall blocking them from 90% of the SL residents. I believe it would be up to the VP of Marketing to make this happen. After a year of paying tier in Zindra and discussing ways to 'make us whole again', I hope that LL allows this person to do the right thing.
