Failed to find body part keeps occuring, and can't upload pics couldn't convert the image to jpeg200

For a few days now my avatar has not been able to change outfits to anything an error message keeps popping up saying "could not find body parts". Also I can not even upload pictures or even take snapshots, an eroor message comes up and says "couldn't convert image to jpeg2000". I have tried or differnt computers of mine etc. and well was not online for a few days and still having this issue....

Both issues sound like symptoms of a corrupt cache. So go to preferences and on the Networking tab clear cache, If your viewer has more than one clear cache option select all of them.

Log out and log back in again. Give the system a bit of time to rebuild the cache and then try again.

I did clear my chache earlier today and it helped it seemed but then it started to do it again and I will take a look into the thing it suggests in the link thank you for you time and help it is very much appreciated.
