For Sale, FULL TRANSFER:

 

Two Full 15,000 prim SIMs with 3 current residents bringing in a total of $157 per month.  I also have 2 people who are current Homestead renters who may very well be interested in living on your new SIMs.  The two of them bring in a total of $325 per month.

 

All will start with you with a full month of paid resident tier - meaning it will be as if they JUST came to live on your SIM and paid you a full month in advance.

Residents can stay or they can also go if you prefer empty SIMs.

Tier dates to LL are the 4th and the 6th.

$400 each plus I'd like to split the transfer fee to make it easier on us both.
