Tier date to LL is the 6th. I have 3 Homesteads that will be converted to one Full 15,000 prim SIM upon purchase and transfer. The tier date of this new, FULL SIZED sim will be the median date of the 3 separate Homesteads. In this case, the new FULL SIM tier date will be on or about the 4th. There are 2 current residents on the 3 Homesteads with a combined income of $325. It would be wise, if you're interested in obtaining residents, to approach these two people about renting on the full SIM. I'll provide their names when we submit our agreement to LL. $450 each plus I'd like to split the transfer fee to make it easier on us both.
