is there a setting for a region for tenants to restore to last position?

It there a setting on region to allow tenants to restore to last postion when they accedently pick up something. Right now it say owner does not allow . but land manger and estate magr can .

As far as I know, restore to last position only works for avatars who have the rights to rezz at 0.0.0 position of the sim. So only the tennant whos parcel has that corner can use it. I assume the land and estate managers have rezzing rights on the whole sim, so also at 0.0.0. That would explain why it works for them.
