Do you get a message and what does it say? What are your computer specs? (To get these easily, open your viewer, but don't log in. Go to Help then About and copy and paste what you see there into your post.) What kind of internet connection do you have? DSL, cable, Fiberoptic? How do you connect? Wirelessly or with a cable?
