Does anyone else have this problem?

I sent a ticket in for some help with my old account and instead of getting any help or even a response on my ticket it's been closed on me. This has happened 3 times so far and so far I had to reopen it 3 times. I asked why and got no response because that doesn't say good customer service to me and it was closed without so much as an answer. I was thinking about coming back to SL again, but this experiance is making me have second thoughts about it. Does anyone else have this problem when they contact customer service or is it just me?

It's impossible to judge LL's response without knowing what kind of problem your ticket was about.
