I want to remain male but have a very pretty feminine looking face, how is this done?

You can wear a female skin, but these are sized and mapped differently. You'll probably find areas that don't line up.

There's resources for 'Femboys' or 'Fembois' (short-hand for Feminine Boys) available on Marketplace and in-world. This service isn't suitable for recommending specific creators.

It's common for Femboys to use a female shape and male skin (to avoid boob shadow), unfortunately shopping options for gender non-conforming avatars are limited, but they exist.

Other options include mesh heads which would replace the head on its own.
