Pop up error that says "Can't attach multiple Objects" everytime I dress.

Even if I am not "adding" an object the error message pops up saying "Can't add multiple objects"  I have taken everything off and then put it back on and it still does it with each item I wear OR add.  Phoenix Firestorm vs. 4.2.2,  Nvidia Geoforce GTS 450.  OS is Windows XP.

1) Which Viewer are you using and what version of it

2) Your Operating System

3) The make and model of your computer's Graphics Card or Subsystem.

Also, when was the last time you performed a clean install of your viewer?
