how to cancel attacks Control, animation / deformation other avatars (control boxs) from hud Ultima when somebody take or took the rights on your avatar ?

Oh good grief

1) Turn off RLV

2) Remove and delete the collar or whatever object your were given to to allow another to and I quote "Took your rights"

3) Talk to the Rolemaster in the Role Play region you are in...

P.S. If you granted another avatar wearing the Ultima HUD permission to manipulate you, that permission is for keeps. [Your avatar UUID has been stored in that copy of the Ultima HUD which also has a unique UUID  ] So That avatar, if using the version of the Ultima HUD that you granted permission to, can annoy you forever. period.
