i bought a human hud for someone and they did not join, as soon as i bought it for them they ran away. I tried to contact them and they refused to speak to me. Is there a way I can get my money back and report this person for fraud and being a scammer?

How do I get money back from human hud when person failed to join and ran off. she agreed to join the family and then in the middle she said she did not want to anymore. i tried to speak with her and ask her either for her soul or the money back, she ignored me and did neither.
