I did as suggested and picked this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6573PQUiooI. When I tried to paste in the System32 folder, I got an error that indicated the file was open elsewhere. Prior to doing this, I de-installed second life viewer and then restarted the machine. What next?

When I try to load a viewer (I've tried at least two), the install errors out with the message 'MSVCP100.DLL NOT FOUND'. I'm running 64bit Win7 and, looking in the System32 folder, the dll is there. Any thoughts? Microsoft is little or no help. (Imagine that!!)
