when will myaccount be fixed? linden sent me an e-mail to change my password to fix the issue supposedly but it is still there. how will i pay my tier or my membership?

seems to be some sort of problem. i cant buy lindens, so now im wondering whats going to happen when my tier is due. seems as though my membership fee is not showing as paid either.

im not sure about the prepaid card, but all i have is my debit card and its been used for yrs for sl

im totally at a loss here. cant buy linden plus my account says it hasnt been paid. all is in order as far as payment plan. viewer(firestorm) was updated as well. what to do??
