    SO my SL viewer doesn't launch, get's stuck on "Initializing VSF" and that's it, I already unistall and install it again and nothing, and I can't contact support since none of their options is what I need. Can anyone help me? It all started when I lost my internet when my router stopped, and showed on SL that it crashed, I closed it down and 20 minutes after didn't work anymore. HELP!!
