Handsome Estates is a private provider and we charge independently from Linden Lab. For this reason, you are not required to possess a premium membership in order to own land at our sim. * 24 Hour Support Need assistance? Contact our support staff for fast, efficient service. * StrongCovenant Handsome Sands covenant protects you against eyesores and lag heavy neighbors. Our management team monitor our sims several times a day and help our residents make Handsome Sands a pleasant place to work and live for everyone. * Easy Payment Options Initial rental length is a minimum one week period. After that, choose to pay how much and for how long you want to stay. Handsome Sands utilizes an online, web based system to track your time. * Low Cost Buy your plot for only L$1. We have very attractive weekly rates. Waterfront, double waterfront corners and interior plots are available. Prices for the plots range from L$360/w to L$1400/w.Prim usage from 234 to 933. * Extra Services. For an extra fee, we can provide you with an attractive, low prim shop. Or you can use your own building. * We are now a GREENZONE. Addressing the concerns of tenants and consumers, we have placed REDZONE detectors throughout the sims to help protect the privacy of you and your customers. Pictured is a pathway corner view of one of our shops. Attractive pathways, lighting timed with SL time and palm trees help add an air of distinction to your new location. Your customers will want to come back to your shop. When you land, you will see a vendor with a list of available land for rent and you can explore the sim to see if it suits your needs.
