Muggle Weezles

So, for the second time in 12 hours, a no copy/gacha boxed item disappeared upon rezzing it out to unbox. It is nowhere to be found, not on the sim, not in my inventory after clearing caches. I have tried it all. Area search, minimap check, Ctrl+Alt+T, land's object list...nothing. And since the item was resold by someone, I can not contact the creator about it, either, even with transaction history etc. Do I send in a ticket? Am I not aware of a nifty trick that'll save me from hunting down and having to purchase a lost item, AGAIN? Help.
