    Thank you for your answers but it lasts for more than one hour now which seems a lot for a simple sim restart. I also was told that LL doesn't restart private regions..and Cat in the Act is mine

    I'm at the border of my Estate : Fallingwater at Cat in the Act, and see only water. Other regionbs seems down too. What is happening? It seems it lasts for 40 minutes now. Is it a SIM restart?
