Dress uploading error (made in Blender)

Hi! I´m new to uploading meshes into SL. I´m having problems uploading a dress to Maytreya avatar. I think that the problem is the skin weight.

With skin weight i get a plane object. I can´t even edit it for scaling or moving. photo1

Without skin weight i get the dress okei, but it appears rotated, horizontally. I apllied rotation and scale in blender. photo2

I did it in Blender with Maytreya rig, exported SL rigged and the weights look good.

Please, can you help me finding what i´m doing wrong??
