i got a mess

sl did a update sence then have had trouble - lots of it--the appearence file takes 2 min to come in and will not let me change outfits- when i try- sl logs me out---sometimes avi not rez at all- stays a cute white cloud- cannot change outfits- takes forever to rezz in stuff-- many things stay gray--- tried clearing cashe with no positive results--- i not know tech stuff at all so am lost--- hope i put this in the right area--- i did not have this problems untill the updates--- i have windows 7 computer-- thank u
