Cannot see projector light & its shadows, help!

Hi, I was trying to take photos using a projector like from this video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=eDouons9ODc

I use the SL viewer. All settings are maxed. Advanced lighting model, shadows to sun/moon + projectors and complex. What I noticed was as soon as i added the texture, the light and shadows appear like a spotlight but then it fades and disappears in just a sec.

 

Why is this happening? Is it a graphics card issue? Help please.
