  1. Im having same problem, I submitted ticket 10 days ago, but after initial cookie cutter reply that a technitian was assigned to the case I havent heard a peep. I also own several estates, have been calling concierge every day and no one seems to be able to give me the time of day; very odd that a company would ignore customers who are paying thousands of us dollars every month.... If i did this in my RL business I wouldnt last two weeks. Is LL going under? If not, with service like this I cant imagine them staying afloat for long. I hope someone at corporate is paying attention to whats happening with "support" - it could well bite them in the rear if they dont catch on soon.
