[To change from premium to basic account]

I wanted to change to a basic plan but was told I must not own land ?

I don't own any land I just rent a small cabin weekly

who do I contact !

[Can't see mesh clothing on others around me. Why?]

For a week now I cannot see any mesh clothing.. ?   why !

[cannot get in Sawya]

For 3 days I've not been able to get into my own sl house or get into the land its on.

The land is called SAWYA

Does anyone else have this problem

When I log into SL to go to my premium home I keep getting kicked out of the land its on .

Its been going on for 3 days now , I can't get into my house

I'm not new to SL..   But this is really upsetting me. Last week I logged on to find myself looking like a Ruth with no eyes ? So I've read what I should do to fix it and nothing works. Because when I right click my avatar to go to appearance I have no appearance button ? and when I try to use all the wonderful tips I've been sent I get a pop up saying

"Can't change appearance until clothing and shape are loaded"

I used SLV and Phoenix but I get the same problem and the same message. it will not allow me to put a new hair base on or any clothes and I've tried rebake many times and changing my active group and clearing my cache and I do not use Norton.

I use phoenix and this is the first time I've had this problem and I cannot find a good way to fix it !!

someone please help me because SL can't figure it out when I asked for help. I have tried everything but it seems I need an appearance button.. Yes and thats missing now !!
