SEYCHELLES ISLES is looking for an experienced social person to help organize our events.
The candidate will be responsible for detailed planning and organizing of events and making sure things run smoothly on the day of the event. The Events Manager will oversee the events which may include, but not be limited to arranging for live music performances, DJs, themed parties, and grand openings.
We will require a minimum of three (3) events per week.
You will be in charge of planning and implementing the event. You will also be required to promote the event through Second Life Events, the Seychelles Isles Webpage, Group Notices, Facebook, Seychelles Isles PR and Marketing, and any other means to make the event successful. This is a great opportunity to release your creative flare in SL!
Candidate Requirements::
◈Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Google Calendar/Google Docs
◈Excellent Communication Skills
◈Excellent Organizational Skills
◈E-mail Communication Skills
◈Knowledge of Group Notices
◈Must use SL voice and Skype
◈Enthusiastic Attitude
◈Team building and Management Skills
◈Must be at least 6 months old in Second Life
◈Must be an experienced Events Manager in Second Life
◈Must have good contacts in the media for maximum publicity
◈Must have a good database of contacts to send announcementsCandidate is required to run one (1) complete event to determine if the position is a perfect fit.
Once hired, the candidate must become a resident of Seychelles Isles. Compensation will be 50% off on monthly tier.

Irish Estates is currently looking for motivated Land Sales Agents with 3-6 months experience in Second Life© to join our team! If you are outgoing, love to meet new people, have integrity, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic, then this opportunity might be for you. Irish Estates with 20+ regions currently, has been in business since 2011. We are committed to serving the Second Life real estate needs of our clients through the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and service and to excel in the best technology we can provide our staff for outstanding customer service. These commitments, together with leadership and diversity will give us the best possible team to reach our goal. Our goal is to provide a land solution for every client, be it small or large. Land Sales Managers for Irish Estates must work well with a team and also independently, be reliable, self motivated, have strong work ethics and high integrity.
Position Requirements:
*Minimum in-world experience of 3-6 months.
*SL Real Estate experience preferred.
*Ability to work as a team as well as follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
*Be available minimum of 8-10 hours per week
*Willing to schedule a minimum of 3 hrs per day
*Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
*Voice capable (and be willing to use voice) since there are times when a customer might prefer voice over text.
*Must have or create a Gmail account. We use Google for our documents and also to communicate with each other.
*Maintain a high level of professionalism.
*Be reliable with a strong work ethic.
