[How do I increase my monthly trading limit?I am wanting to purchase my lindens!]

HI there!  Does anyone know how I go about adjusting my monthly trading limit?  When I go to buy more lindens it comes up with this message

 

Currency purchase would exceed limits.  THis transactation would exceed your montly trading limit....
