[New Premium Linden Homes]

I saw the demo new linden community next to the home & garden expo. Are they available yet? I cannot find anything about them on the webpage. Since I already have an older 512 home it will not let me see other options. I do not want to give that one up, if the newer ones are not available. Thank you in advance!

[Can 2 premium members join their 512 allowance on a parcel of land?]

I am considering becoming a premium member again and buying land with a friend who is also a premium member. We would then each be entitled to a free 512.  If I bought a 2048, could we use both those 512s to lower the tier on the land? Thanks!
