[When do listing enhancements for the marketplace go into effect?]

Sirs,

 

When will the listing enhancement I purchased for one of my marketplace items go into effect?  My marketplace account was charged the fee a couple of days ago, but I still do not see my 'enhancement' on the main page where it should be.
