[What data can be read by a commercial Security System in the data stream (client to Server)?]

Working in a comercial company. I am trying to determine what information can be detected by Comercial Security Systems. In particular :

 Text during IM

 Pics

 Textures

etc

Is it possible to import into SL models and textures created by POSER that are commercially available. In fact is there any out of world 2d Graphis tools were you can create designs and import to SL?
