[How do I stop Windlight settings in a parcel?]

What you need to check iis if you have enabled the Windlight Settings Automatically on your SL viewer, on phoenix as well as Firestorm viewer.

Parcel Windlight sharing is a feature of SL Viewers that allows land owners to specify a Windlight preset for the viewer to use while on their land at the parcel level, it only works for those viewers with windlight settngs available.

In your case, look for the Windlight Settings within parcel details, About Land/Description box and find something like the windlight settings and change it or delete it. You can go to Menu World/ParcelDetails/AboutLand/GeneralTab/DescriptionBox.

Windlight settings will appear as the next line:

/*Windlight Sky: "[name of the preset]"*/

[When I log in, i am wearing all kinds of crazy things from my inventory]

I am having the same problem, the worst issue is because Linden labs take years to attend our problems even when you are a premium member. 

Somehow using firestorm  added all my inventory to the AVI, SL viewer was validated to avoid wearing too much objects, but it appears to be an open issue maybe on the SL update or even in the firestorm viewer, what I was using (the newest versions both).

The proposed solution cannot be correct, the solution ask for detaching all your objects, but thats the real problem, it comes impossible detaching all the objects because viewer crashes when trying to attaching them, solution should come from other point or by being solved by Linden Labs support.

[Teleport: Why LL don't have any places where avatar can be sent when TP Failed?]

1) Teleport shoudn´t be a problem, Why LL don't have any places where avatar can be sent when TP Failed?

Remember some time I was teleported to a Hub explaining that teleport failed and I was sent there.

This should be the best practice / fix for any TP issues, why SL do not have any have places all around LL world where we can land when TP failed.

2) The second question is, why do we need to relog, close SL viewer and retry once again logging in from zero when a TP failed?

Because of the minimal SW ergonomy is much better to receive the message that we were logged off and from that point we might try once again logging in, but this is not what is implemented nowadays, we need to close the viewer and re open it, this is an obsolete practice for any kind of software, is the same as if any software failed in the computer the operative system needed to restart, that should'n´t be practical at all.
