I want to buy a piece of land adjoining mine.  Unfortunately, the purchase will put me slightly over my limit.  If I immediately abandon the overage, will I still be required to pay the higher fee for that month?  BTW, the seller refuses to subdivide.

Thanks Lina.  I also learned that some designer skins are (No Modify).  This means that the designer has chosen to forbid any future owners to change his/her work.  To see if this what's wrong, open inventory, type "worn" in the search box.  You will see a display of everything you are currently wearing.  If there is a special skin there, take it off.  Then you will be able to adjust your color.
