    Serenity Valley is a stand-alone homestead sim.

    This allows for large parcels, lots of space and privacy as well as a low lag environment.

     

    PARCEL OPTIONS
    LAND - Parcel size is negotiable based on your needs, availability and the amount of prims you are paying for.
    Large lots parcels prevent overcrowding and allows space for privacy and decor.
    Prims - Negotiable for your needs. Minimum of 250.
    SKYBOX - Size and prims negotiable for your needs. Minimum 150 Prims.

    Serenity Islands consists of 4 private stand-alone sims, broken up into a grouping of tropical islands.


    The main sim has public areas with a clubhouse, dancing, beach and activities, including for families and children.
    The remaining areas are residential.
