Save $9.95 USD per month! OT Rentals is a private rental company and we bill independently of Linden Lab. You are not required to have a premium membership in order to own land with OT Rentals.
Tenants in need of assistance have a staff of Estate Managers at their disposal for a quick and speedy response within 24 hours of your request.
OT Rentals offers a generous prim allotment to all residents without hidden fees or tier costs. All residents of OT Rentals automatically receive 25% bonus prims for the same price as what other landlords often charge for the same size parcel. There is no need to worry about a low initial rental rate that only lasts for a limited time. Our advertised price is the price you will pay to automatically receive the 25% bonus prims on your land.
OT Rentals has standard parcel sizes from as modest as a 512m to a full private sim. If you don’t see the parcel size or prim allotment you want on our list of available parcels, contact us and we’ll create a custom parcel size to meet your specific needs.
Our tenants are given full rights to:

§ Edit your terrain/terraform
§ Deed to a group
§ Set your own media
§ Resell or sublease your parcel
OT Rentals’ covenant protects you against eye-sores such as ban lines and lag-heavy scripts. We routinely monitor our sims for performance and perform weekly region restarts to help ensure our residents enjoy a fun and lag-free environment.
