[How do you unblock an audio stream?]

Was in a venue listeing to one DJ, another one started and in local chat I saw "This audio stream is blocked." so i couldn't hear music etc.  How do I unblock this audio stream?

why cant i tp from my home?  i use favorites at top of screen or try through inventory.  I can't tp anywhere.  End up back at home or booted out.  I have downloaded a new version of Firestorm since it first happened.  Worked for a while, then started not being able to tp.

i just downloaded v.2.  i log in and it gets to the point of downloading everything, but then i get a "runtime error" and it closes the program.  I have a Dell Vostro pc with windows 7.
