[issues with bones randomly snapping to other positions]

Also I forgot to mention. I am using avastar and blender that the creator has recommended to use with her avatar.

I have been having this issue the whole day and have not figured out a way to fix this. Please any suggestion would help.

Anytime i insert the keyframes and want to move onto the next frame my pose weirdly changes in a way. Examples below:

[In Inventory the Worn menu isnt refresing]

Its been happening for at least half a year now and its starting to REALLY annoy me because Im trying to blog or see what Im wearing and quickly take it off, but then suddenly theres a ton of stuff piling up as a list that Im wearing but actually Im not. The only solution that i found so far is hide links but its pretty annyoing to do this everytime u want to refresh the menu. Please help? :/

[Second life Keeps Crashing When in a crowded place]

Hello People , So I have been having this issues for quaiet a while.
Im using Phoenix Firestorm.
So I want to teleport to a place where theres more then 10 ppl. Like Crack Den.

When I go there I can look around a little bit. Then it suddenly freezes and in the corner of the screen it writes something like textures cant load momery full - 1 or something like that . After that 1 minute and i crash... I want to Role-play sooo much in that place but i just cant because I keep crashing even if i have my graphics under normal. Help?

Hello people , So I have been creating some poses for my RPs , pictures etc. 

For the first time i tried to use a pose stand to take my pictures ... and when i used it ... It tilted to the side xD...

I dont really know why , did i do something wrong or? 

Priority is on 4

The Error says this .

I dont know what to do.... Can someone help?
