[lumen tank lost by sim crash]

nope they could not find my tank on the sim it seems that it has disappeared.

Does anyone know another solution

i rezzd my 100 liter full lumen bones prims tank. On a sim when the sim crasht. I now can't find my lumen tank anywhere. Does any one now how i can get my full lumen tank back plss help me
