[Adding friends and setting permissions]

For the past several days I am having problems with the add friend area.  It shows the friend accepted or that I accepted and the name shows on friends list but when I go to apply settings for that person it keeps telling me to add friend and won't allow me to do any settings for that name.  They are having the same problem.

We have cleared cache, I have reset my island we have even removed and readded friends but we are still unable to set any permissions.  Any help would be appreciated.

[My group keeps having problems with using the group chat.]

My group and I use group chat alot, or try to as we role play and don't want to bother anyone else with our chatter.  Group chat works for awhile and then it locks up, lags out or looses what was said.  I know this has been an issue for some time but I can't find any answers as to what is wrong or what is being done.
